Christmas in July…already thinking about Christmas cards here in July which is actually five months away. Here is a card I created for the DT presentation over at Platypus Creek Digitals…
Name of this digital image is Hannah’s Snowman, and is a cute image. I open the jpeg file into my Silhouette Studio DE, traced and print and cut the image. The blue and white polka dot background is a scrapbook page I downloaded from a website, and I used a piece of white cardstock with the top edge torn with a decorative edge ruler to hopefully give it a look of a snowbank.
The puppy dog was stamped with a acrylic stamp I had on had along with the sentiment – they’re from the same set. I colored the hat, carrot nose, scarf and arms with Copic markers. The dog and scarf is colored with Stampin Up markers.
I added some clear gemstones as snow flakes on the blue background.
Thank you for stopping by to visit with me, and hugs to all.
